Paul Willis
Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director

Paul Willis has over 18 years experience in the mining and investment industry and is a Director of IndoAust Mining Limited.

Prior to his involvement with IndoAust Mining he was a founding partner of JF Capital Partners Limited and the former Head of Research for ICAP Equity Asia Limited.

He is also a former Director and Chairman of ASX listed Moly Mines Limited.

Greg Entwistle
Chief Operating Officer

Greg Entwistle has over 30 years mining industry experience including very significant Indonesian project and operating experience.

Greg's Indonesian experience includes; Project Director and Mine Manager at Newcrest's highly profitable and world class Gosowong gold mine for a period of eight years and Project Director - Martabe for Agincourt Resources Limited, for a period of four years, with key responsibility for the completion of the 6 Moz Martabe project DFS and Environmental Impact Study ("EIS") and other permitting procedures to allow the Martabe project to commence construction and move towards production.

Greg is one of the few mining industry executives who has successfully taken Indonesian based gold projects right through the full permitting, DFS, construction, commissioning and steady state production phases and as such, he is a particularly valuable COO for the Company.

Daniel Nolan
Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

Mr Nolan brings 20 years of financial management experience to the Company.

Mr Nolan holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University, Victoria.

Mr Nolan has worked in Indonesia since 2000. He was Finance Director (Indonesia) for Telstra Corporation for the period 2000 to 2004.

From 2004 to the present, he has held a number of senior finance roles with the Saratoga Capital Group, one of Indonesia's foremost private investment groups.

Prior to moving to Indonesia, he was Chief Financial Officer with Comvik International AB, a telecommunications company in Vietnam for two years.

From 1990 to 1998, he spent 8 years with Telstra Corporation in Australia, New Zealand and Cambodia.
